I was saddened to hear of Lorraine's passing, and very sorry that I am not able to be there to express my condolences in person. Lorraine was the good person you describe in the obituary, but she was much more. She was special to so many people, none more than Tillie, who loved her and Louise very much. Their care and attention was extraordinary, and there is no adequate way to say thanks.
Please accept my sincerest condolences.
Bob
