It was an honor to have known Don, and to have served in the Silverstein American Legion post with him. He was a great leader and a great person. We will miss him very much and cherish the good memories.

We are so sorry for your loss. Don was an outstanding and dedicated Marine and a friend to all Veterans. He was a good friend to us and we will miss him and his e-mails. Although we were separated by 800 miles, we remained close friends. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers at this sad time.
