Gary Forrester Obituary

Forrester, Gary DALTON, Mass. Gary Ainley Forrester, 56, formerly of Malta and Watervliet, died Friday, November 9, 2007 at Craneville Place in Dalton. Gary was born in Tulsa, Okla. on July 1, 1951. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College in Troy and later graduated from the Watervliet Arsenal Machinist Apprentice Program. He was employed for over 25 years by the Watervliet Arsenal as a machinist and tool maker and was the chief of the production control office. Gary enjoyed model railroading and fishing. Survivors include two sons, Gary A. Forrester II of Ballston Spa and George A. Forrester of Clifton Park. Many thanks to the staff at Craneville Place for their loving care especially Dawn and Denise. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Parker Bros. Memorial, 2013 Broadway, Watervliet on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. The funeral service will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in the Saratoga National Cemetery.
