December 3, 2007

On behalf of the Mylott family, I wish to extend my sympathy to Rose, Ray Jr and Bobby. The last time I saw Uncle Ray was a few years ago at the service for his sister, "Aunt Claire". He was always very kind to me and I respected him very much.

You are all in my prayers. Mary Beth

My memories of Mr Rivet are too many for this small space. He was a neighbor, helper and friend. He was an outgoing individual constrained by his situation. He handled it with grace and dignity as he did with everyathing in his life. As he aged, he reminded me more and more of my Dad. My own health problems keep me from attending the wake and funeral but my thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. If I can be of any service, please contact me.

I met Ray in Cohoes a few years ago when I worked at the Center for the Disabled. We worked together trying to help his son, Robert. We met for coffee, and talked about a lot of things. He was a kind, gentle, interesting and wonderful man, who suffered too much throughout his life. I will always remember him fondly. JH
