To the Haack Family,
Seeing your dad's picture in the paper today brought back tons of memories from when I was a child. Our family camped at Harris Lake for what seemed like forever. So many fun times. Remember the time one of you came across a bear on the way to get water. Nobody believed you until it later was found up a tree on campsite 34. Memories will keep your dad alive in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are will all of you.

Jim - You will be dearly missed by all who have known you and loved you through the years. I know that I saw more of you when I was younger and didn't think I has that many memories of you until you passed away. All of a sudden, I remembered a lot of things about you and I was very happy to have these moments replay in my mind. I remember all those Christmas Eves at your house when I was growing up. Even when I was older you always got me a card with 50 bucks in it and Candy would always make sure I sent you a thank you card. I loved going to your camp, there was always something to do there. We lit fireworks, played football, fished, and there was always my favorite part....the fully stocked fridge in the shed filled with all kinds of soda!! I loved it! I also remember country music playing there and I hated that. Who would have thought I would be playing country music now? I guess I should put you as one of my influences for country music. The most important thing I remember is when saying goodbye, you always made sure to give me a good ole hearty hand shake. Jim, this is my good old hearty hand shake to you. I will love you and miss you just as I know everybody else will.
