Marie E. Clickman

Clickman, Marie E. ALBANY Marie E. Clickman, 59, of Slingerlands and formerly of Niverville, Columbia County, died Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. Born in Albany, she is the daughter of Angela Iorio Pollicino of Rensselaer and the late Anthony J. Pollicino. Marie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, doing for others before herself. She loved to bake and was famous for her cheesecakes. Marie will be greatly missed by her family and friends. In addition to her mother, Marie is survived by her husband of 35 years, Leonard M. Clickman; her son, Paul L. Clickman and his wife Traci of Schodack; and her grandchildren, Caroline, Owen, Avery and Molly Clickman. Other survivors include her mother-in-law, Virginia Clickman of Altamont; and several uncles and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at St. Margaret Mary's Catholic Church, Homestead Street, Albany. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Applebee Funeral Home, 403 Kenwood Avenue, Delmar. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Guilderland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital, 315 So. Manning Blvd., Albany or the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Albany NY 12205.
