To the Gray family,
I recall many kindnesses and great friendship from the Gray family to our family over the years. Of course there are more stories of adventures with the Gilligans and the Grays than one could ever count. Ed has always been a leading character in every story. He will be missed. Please take comfort in the many memories that you have to cherish. Our thoughts are with you all.......

Ed will fondly be remembered as:
A gifted story teller.
A wonderful friend.
A great man.
Ed and Mary were long time friends of Florence and Tom O'Reilly who cherished the time they spent together.

Strength of faith with a twinkle of the devil in his eyes...that's the memory that I will hold as my heart retells the multitude of "Ed Gray stories" that I have learned over the years.
May the angels lead him into paradise and may the University of Notre Dame find hope in knowing another saint if pulling for the football team!
My love and prayers are with you during this difficult time!

Though I left Toledo years ago, I have wonderful memories of visiting with Ed after Mass at St Joan's. He always could make me laugh. His large, beautiful family is a tribute to his great faith. May perpetual life shine upon him!

Just received word of Mr. Gray's passing. May God rest his soul.
I went to grade school with Margret and always thought highly of the Gray family. Not only because of my interactions with the children, but also because of the great respect my parents, Bob and Fran McCartney had for Mr. and Mrs. Gray.
Reading Mr. Gray's obituary made it very clear why this was the case... what a fine Catholic gentleman in action and deed.
You should all be so proud.
Eternal rest grant unto thee and let His perpetual light shine upon him.
