Beloved son of Hardin and Ann Richards; brother of Glenda Ethridge, Lawrence Richards, Judith and Leah Richards; uncle of Rachel Richards, Shannon and Anthony Richards and Rebecca Ethridge. Friends may call on Sunday, March 5, from 3 to 5 p.m. at DEMAINE FUNERAL HOME, 520 S. Washington St., Alexandria, VA, where services will be held on Monday, March 6, 11 a.m.
