Dear Bohnhoff Family,
My husband and I just heard the news today and are truly sorry for your loss. We met Alan when we bowled in the same league at Friendly Hills Bowling Alley. What a kind and gentle man. It was our pleasure to have known him. Our prayers are with you all.
Deepest Regards,

Charlie...Dan and I just learned of the terrible loss of Alan. We are still in shock trying to grasp how this could have happened. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. There are such fond memories of riding with Alan and Lisa on our Harleys to Santa Maria on the back roads and that wonderful trip to Laughlin where Alan entertained us all with his wonderful story-telling. We love you, dear friend.

Dear Bohnhoff family,
I 1st met Alan when I used to keep score for his bowling team back in the mid 80s. Eventually grew up to bowl in leagues with him. It was not long before I knew what a wonderful Alan is. I feel lucky to have met such a great person. I was floored to see soo many people at the service, there were people from all walks of his glorious life, he has touched us all. He will never be forgotten and will always remain in our hearts. To his kids, Carry on his legend and be strong. God Bless you ALL..

I am exremely sorry for your loss of Alan. I read about his death in the editorial section of the newspaper. In the past, I have dealt for cabinet materials with Alan and found your whole family very accommodating to my needs. Although, I did not have a personal relationship with Alan, I will miss him.

Our thoughts are with you and your family during this tragic time. I couldn't have picked a better "godfather". A truly wonderful, generous and kind-hearted man who has touched the lives of everyone he came into contact with. Afer yesterday's amazing gathering, I know he's smiling, with a martini and cigar in hand, saying life is good.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the whole family and employees. Alan will truly be missed in the lumber industry, but never forgotten!
We could not even imagine the sorrow and pain you all must be living thru right now.
We have been keeping the family and all the employees in our prayers ever since we heard of this senseless tragedy.
I’m sure Alan was greeted by his mother and all the best animals in heaven when he arrived, as I know that is the only place he could be now, as he was the kindest, gentlest man we know. With much respect and admiration,
Paul Pendergast

Dear Charlie, I cannot tell you how terrible I feel for your loss. It is so hard to try and understand the complexity of any given situation let alone one as traggic as this. I feel honored to say I knew your son and can only drescribe him as a wonderful caring human being. He will be missed by us all.

My family and i are so sorry to hear about Alan and the pain his family must be going through right now. He was a good friend of mine for several years through the lumberman's club and will be missed by all his brothers in our club. God bless him now and all those he has left behind.

Dear Charlie, Lisa, Crista, Michael and family. . .
What a blessing Alan was to all of us who knew and loved him -- your wonderful family, friends, and business associates of many years. Wanting that bond to continue forever, it does eternally with happy and loving memories of Alan -- his presence will be missed, but he'll forevermore be in our thoughts.
And, with much fondness, we know our Donald welcomes Alan to Good Hunting in the Sky.
Sharing your sorrow,
Joy Fronte
