Jeff, Maria and Julie,

I am so sorry to read about the passing of Gerald. You know I remember so many things that we all did growing up in Yorktown and really do miss those simple and care free days. Jeff I know you will remember the time your Dad came home with a whole bag of sivler dollars he had won in Vegas. Man we were stary eyed looking at all that money!
Please except Meribeth's and I deepest sympathies and condolences.

Jeff ,Julie, and Family, I dont know what to say. He was such a father figure to me. We take so much for granted, and never seem to tell love ones the many things that are in our hearts. Even so our parents know our deepest thoughts and feeling without saying a word. I love you guys so much. Again never seem to say it enough. I am deeply saddened by it all as well. The lord has a certain path for each one of us to follow. He has a purpose in mind. Both of you and your families are in our prayers. I certainly looked up to him.He always meant what he said. Truely a wonderful man and dad. I see him in both of you alot. Will get with you again soon.May the lord give you both the strength you need in the days ahead. God Bless!!

Jeff and Julie, this is such a shock and heartbreak to everyone. Gerald was the best daddy in the world and was so happy with you both. He was always with you, teaching you things, rideing bikes, playing ball, and most of all such a good christian man and you were raised in the church with two parents each week of your young life. Look and treasure all the states we lived in and good things we all four got to do together. Gerald has said so often"I want our children to always stay close together and love each other" I am so sorry this has happen but as we know God had a reason. I LOVE YOU BOTH VERY MUCH. your mother.
