My sympathy to Foye's family and wife, Beatrice. Foye was my classmate and friend. I visited him in his home on September 12 and was so glad I had the opportunity to see him and talk about old times together. A soft-spoken hero, Foye was a great baseball player for the Jackson Memorial team and for the Austinville team. I have many fond memories of Foye and those days.

Foye was a good neighbor to us. When going for his walks through the neighborhood he would always take time to stop and talk. He will be missed. Carmen and Kirk
