I want to thank everyone for praying for my family during this time. Chris was the greatest brother anyone could have. Not only was he my brother, he was my best friend. I miss him greatly. Please continue to pray for God's strength for me and my family. I know Chris is in a far better place and I will see him again.

I wish to extend to the Paschal family my sincere sympathy & to let you know you are in my thoughts & prayers. I know from experience that this is a very devastating time in your lives. My brother, WPD Officer J.D. Sexton passed away in 2003. Although I did not personally know Chris, I know of him because I go to church with John. Nothing anyone says will make this any easier for you right now, as time passes we cope better but will always miss them. May God comfort you & keep you throughout this sad time in your lives.

Chris and I graduated high school together in 1989. It seems like so long ago until you lose a friend and then it seems like yesterday. He was always quite but able to make you laugh or smile at the drop of a hat. It takes a very special person to be in law enforcement and I'm sure he was excellent at his job! He will be missed by many people--work, family and friends, close and far. May God bless the families that were touched by Chris and give them peace. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
