Rosa Lee Gahley

Rosa Lee Gahley, formerly of Marion, died with loved ones by her side Jan. 9, 2009, at a Boise, Idaho, hospital. She was born April 3, 1929 to Emmett and Matilda Musser in Marion. She married Richard Gahley and moved to Caldwell in 1962. She worked at JR Simplot until retirement. She enjoyed tending her flowers, which everyone enjoyed. She loved and cherished spending time with her grandchildren and her best friend, Virgie. Survivors include her three children, Jim Musser, Paul Gahley, and Nancy Gahley (Woomer); her beloved eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 17, at Furnace Hill Lutheran Church, Marion. Interment will follow in the Attoway Cemetery, Marion. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Attoway Cemetery Endowment Fund, 862 Prater Lane, Marion, VA 24354.
