Kathleen Parks Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Feb. 17 to Feb. 24, 2009.

Kathleen Parks, 86, died Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at Francis Marion Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Ettie Parks; two brothers, Glenn Parks and Herbert Parks. She is survived by two sisters, Mildred Sapp and Jean Wyatt and husband, Oscar, and sister-in-law, Lue Parks; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Pastor Danny Salyer officiating. Burial followed in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family received friends Monday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at Seaver-Brown Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family at www.seaverbrown.com. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service and Crematory was in charge of arrangements.
