I met Monty through his son MG, who is a dear friend of mine. Monty and MG to me were like two peas in a pod. Both loved life and their families, and never knew a stranger. I miss MG every day, and I know that Monty will be missed as well. People like Monty and MG come along very seldom, and just to have known them both is a rare treat in it"self. My thoughts and prayers go out to entire Harmon family, and I hope they will always remember that they are never alone, for me and God are walking along side them.

I knew Monty back in the 60's while in high school and I never forgot him. Along with teaching me to play chess, he was an inspiration to me in many ways. He was a good man and role model for anyone he came in contact with. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

We did not know Monty, but it is obvious that you two had a blessed marriage together. May you and your family have the comfort that only Jesus can give.
