Vicki L. Horne

Vicki Lynn Horne, 49, of Mt. Airy, N.C., died Monday, March 2, 2009. Funeral service was held Thursday, March 5, at noon at the Lindsey Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ginny Tompkins officiating. Interment was in the Blue Springs Cemetery. She was born May 13, 1959, in Norristown, Pa., daughter of the late James Barbe and Janey Lee Adams Horne. She is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenn and Diana Horne of Matthews, N.C., Gary and Lynne Horne of Newnan, Ga.; a sister, Rebecca Horne of Blacksburg; and several aunts, uncles and other relatives. Memorial donations may be made to the Blue Springs Cemetery Fund. Lindsey Funeral Home in Rural Retreat was in charge of the arrangements.
