Norman and family,I knew your mother very well and talked with her weekly when she was grocery shopping where I worked.
I feel I know the entire family as she would speak of all of you and keep me up to date on your lives.
You were her life, she lived and loved for her family, she was so proud of you all and loved her husband to no end.
My words can't console you but my thoughts and prayers are with you.

James and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
It has been a long time, but I still remember our years as growing up. Since our school years, time seems to pass so quickly, but we do still have our memories. I remember Lorraine and Milton as they were our neighbors. Times like this are hard for families to endure. You will be in our prayers during this sorrowful time. God Bless each one.
