Nina Naillon

Nina Robinson Naillon, age 82 of North Tazewell, Va., died Mon., June 22, 2009, at her home. Born Aug. 7, 1926 at Lebanon, Va., she was a daughter of the late James Albert and Ida Belle Kelly Robinson. Mrs. Naillon attended the Tazewell Family Worship Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Naillon; one son, Ray Naillon, Jr.; four sisters, Mona Puckett Sheets, Vertie Puckett, Dorothy Cox, and Mabel Artrip; three brothers, Harold Robinson, Willard Robinson, and Jimmy Robinson; three grandsons, Kenneth Lee Buchanan, Jr., Randy Whittaker, and Andy Whittaker. Survivors include three sons, Bill Naillon and wife, Dee, Bobby Naillon and wife, Stephanie, all of Fort Worth, Texas, and Terry Naillon and wife, Ann, of Marion, Va.; three daughters, Betty Fontaine Whittaker Rose and husband, Scotty, of Baptist Valley, Va., Connie Naillon Powers and husband, Larry, of Abbs Valley, Va., and Joyce Buchanan Powers and husband, Dennis, of North Tazewell, Va.; one sister, Reba Robinson Stinson of Belfast, Va.; four grandchildren, Larry Fontaine, Andy Buchanan, Larry Powers, Jr. and Shane Powers; ten great grandchildren, Brandon, Tracie, Erica, Marista, Cody, Faith, Cole, Brett, Dylan, and Shea; two great great grandchildren, Ethan and Elizah. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thurs., June 25, 2009 at Peery & St.Clair Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell, Va., with the Rev. Lawrence Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, Va. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. Wed., June 24, 2009.
