Estela Francisco Lasala

Estela Francisco Lasala, age 84 of Claypool Hill, Va., formerly of the Philippines, now rests in the infinite warmth and embrace of Our Lord. She returned to her God and Creator on June 5, 2009. Born on March 9, 1925 and preceded in death to Benito A. Francisco and Remedios Rodecillas; preceded in death by husband, Vivencio V. Lasala and one daughter, Eunice F. Lasala. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Richlands and La Carlota Evangelical Church in the Philippines. She is survived by daughter, Louella L. Motos and husband, Ramon, of Claypool Hill with whom she resided, Roxanne L. Chan and husband, Carlo, Sharyn L. Fajardo and husband, Patricio, all of California; son, Edsel Lasala and wife, Beam, of the Philippines; grandchildren, Rosel A. Moore and husband, Jeffrey, Jerel Motos, Renelle Sutton and husband, Kyle, Carla Tupas and husband, Alexis, Nicole Fajardo, Jacqueline Fajardo and Tatiana Lasala; great grandchildren, Tyler, Allain, Caileigh and Cullin; sisters, Lourdes Delgado and Benita Rodriguez; brothers, Exequil Francisco Nonato and Norman Francisco; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at 9:00 a.m. Thurs., June 11, 2009 at La Carlota Evangelical Church. Interment followed in the La Carlota Memorial Park at 11:00 a.m. Presidential Chapel, Rolling Hills Memorial Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
