Mora Mildred DeHart

NORA MILDRED DEHART FLOYD-Nora Mildred DeHart, 90, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Skyline Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by three brothers and eight sisters. Nora was a long time member of Tuggles Gap Baptist Church. She retired from Floyd Garment Factory after many years of service. She is survived by: her sister and brother-in-law, Reva and Alvis Reed; special niece and caregiver, Patricia and husband Frank Davis; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2009 at Gardner Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Turpin and Rev. Angela Carr officiating. Interment followed at Lee Cemetery, Tuggles Gap. Friends called after 4 p.m. on Sunday at Gardner Funeral Home, where the family received friends from 6 until 8 p.m. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Skyline Manor Nursing Home for all the great care.
