Uncle Jay was such an amazing person. Even when he didn't feel 100%, he always knew how to make everyone laugh. He will be greatly missed and now in Heaven with his favorite nephew, my dad! :O) Love you all! Amy "Gaga"

Uncle Jay:
You will surely be missed but you have gone on home to a much better place. We grieve that we have lost you but rejoice that you are finally free of your pain and suffering.
