Dale was also my boss during the great transition of moving the people from Boulder City to Phoenix. We were the people stuck in the trailers. May he rest in peace and always be in the hearts of the people that loved him.

I worked for Dale from 1991 to his retirement from Western. He seemed to know everything about our transmission system and so was a valuable resource for us young engineers. He loved to joke around, but he didn't suffer fools. I had great admiration for his clear thinking and wealth of knowlege. Bill Snowden
