I worked for Dale from 1991 to his retirement from Western. He seemed to know everything about our transmission system and so was a valuable resource for us young engineers. He loved to joke around, but he didn't suffer fools. I had great admiration for his clear thinking and wealth of knowlege. Bill Snowden
