Jerry is one of those guys you will never forget. Fun loving, down to earth and so very real. He loved his life and he loved his wife and family. How fortunate I have been to share some very happy memories with he and Ruth. I will think of him often while heading west on I-40 past Parks...

Jerry, our special guy. Who is going to tell me what I'm doing wrong at shuffleboard. He is at peace now, and out of pain, but we will miss him, terribly. So sorry for your loss Ruth, remember, Love never dies.

I had the pleasure of working with Jerry Harrigan as Right of Way Inspectors for the City of Glendale's Engineering Department in the late '90s. Jerry was a gentleman and a professional to all who worked with him. He loved wearing his Baltimore Orioles ballcap with great pride to work every day. As a transplanted New Yorker, I would tease him of how the lowly Amazin' Mets beat his heavily favored O's in the 1969 World Series. He had a great sense of humor.
My thoughts, prayers and condolences are extended to his wife Ruth, the Harrigan Family and all of Jerry's friends who loved and will miss him.
