56, of Scottsdale, passed away June 5, 2011 Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help, Scottsdale on Thursday June 9, at 1:00 p.m. Mary is survived by her sister Sherri Macquarie, nieces Heather Herbold and Tammy Chapman great nieces and nephews Miles, Dylan, Skylar & Wyatt and her extended family Judy Hubbard, Ali Crickmore & Beth & Baylor Wand Please donate to Child Crisis Center in Lieu of flowers.
