KELLEHER -- Patrick H. Kelleher, 63, of Old Route 66, Chatham Center, N.Y., died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at St. Peter's Hospital. Husband, Daddy and Grandpa, Mr. Kelleher was born Dec. 27, 1943, in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was the son of Daniel and Lillian King Kelleher. He graduated from Clarkson University in 1966. For 35 years he worked in the defense industry as an electrical engineer, having been employed by Westinghouse, General Electric Co., Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics, from which he retired in 2002. He enjoyed all things scientific, construction, architecture and design. Mr. Kelleher was a beekeeper, woodworker and pilot. He also enjoyed music, problem-solving and being the devil's advocate. He enjoyed doughnuts and licorice and will be truly missed by all. He leaves his wife, Mudite (Dee) Kelleher of Chatham Center; two sons, Mitchel Kelleher of Los Angeles, Nicholas Kelleher of Seattle; two daughters, Desiree Kelleher of Latham, N.Y., Bonnie Kelleher of Chatham Center; three brothers, Timothy of Reston, Va., Donald of Darlington, Pa., and Bruce of Warrington, Va.; and three grandchildren, Sydney Putnam, and Zachary and Mason Kelleher. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at WENK FUNERAL HOME in Chatham. Interment will be in Chatham Center Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to St. Peter's Hospital's oncology department.
