Of Lexington, formerly of Somerville, March 30, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Austin M. Griffin. Loving mother of Paula Blake of Arlington and Michele Griffin of Medford. Daughter of the late Ellen (Burke) and Henry T. Murray. Sister of the late Joseph, Henry, Paul Murray, Irene Wulftange, Jeanne Carter and William Amato. Sister-in-law of Robert Griffin and his wife Maryellen of MD. Dear grandmother of David, Bridget Blake and Margaret Barreto. Great grandmother of Austin Kyle Blake. Funeral Procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway, (Powder House Sq.), SOMERVILLE Friday morning at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Clement Church, Somerville at 10 AM. The staff at CESI was saddened to hear that your Mom passed away. We have all missed her at the center, and will forever remember her stories and songs. Although sad to see her go, there is comfort in knowing she will once again be with Austin. She was blessed to have you all as caregivers.

Auntie Peggy's passing marks the end of the Murrays moms and dads. I am sure all the siblings are happy to be together again heaven. My heart goes out to Michele and Paula, DJ and Amber and new son ,. Austin, Margaret and husband, and Bridget. I will never forget the St. Clements stories. .. The Powderhouse Blvd stories... The Lyndell's bakery goods Peggy would give to my mom, Irene.
