Stanley Lewis Obituary

Of Weston, on Friday, April 4, 2008. Beloved husband of the late Eve (Baker). Devoted Father of Phyllis Loewenstein of Bloomfield Hills, MI, Leslie B. "Buddy" & Nannette Lewis of Brookline, Dr. Richard B. & Priscilla Lewis of Cummaquid, MA, and Wendy Jo Lewis of Sherborn. Cherished Grandfather of 8 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 17. Brother of the late Emanual, Seymour, Harold, Sidney, Norman, Walter, Eugene, and Gertrude. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services at Temple Israel, 477 Longwood Avenue, Boston (parking available on the Riverway) on Monday, April 7 at 12:00 noon. Burial at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Memorial Observance at his late residence following the burial through Tuesday evening. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Massachusetts Association for the Blind, 200 Ivy Street, Brookline, MA 02446. Levine Chapels, Brookline 617-277-8300

You are missed, already, Uncle Stan. You and Aunt Eve provided an oasis in your home during challenging times in childhood. You & Aunt Eve will always have a special place in my heart. I'll be forever grateful that I recently got a chance to tell you that I love you.
