Dear Paul,
Today I am just learning of Paula's passing. I am so saddened by this news. I came to know Paula from renting your cottage for many, many years. Her and I have spoken on the phone many times, chatting for an hour at a time, she was someone I felt I knew forever. This world will be a sadder place without her, but Heaven will shine.
Regards,
Frank, Rhonda, Alex and Jonathan Brown

This week 4 piping plover chicks hatched on Wells Beach. These chicks are likely hatching from adults that Paula and her volunteers helped protect a few years ago. Paula's legacy, strength and her comittment towards making the beaches a place both for plovers and people lives on. We will all miss her, but remember her for her contributions to conservation and good humour.

Mrs. Mamone, my CCD teacher, always told us to pray that god would give us the guidance to fix problems. He can't fix them for us, we can only fix them ourselves. I have often remembered her for teaching that to me and I use that advice everyday and have tried to pass that along to my kids. I'm very sad to hear of her passing. My best to the Mamone family.
