Robert Bouche Obituary

90, of Marstons Mills died June 1, 2008. He was the beloved husband of Jane Goode Bouche of Marstons Mills, and the late Stephany (Zagorski) Bouche. Surviving are his children, Paul Bouche and his wife Nan of Falmouth, Anne Merna of Norwell, Thomas Bouche and his wife Deborah of Marstons Mills, and Elizabeth Bouche of Pembroke. He is survived also by his stepchildren Frederick Goode, III of Dorchester & Heather Goode of Hamburg, NY. He leaves 8 grandchildren and one newly born great grand daughter. He was the brother of the late Irene Haverty of Manchester by the Sea. Robert was born in Cambridge and lived most of his life in Brockton. He graduated from Cambridge Latin High School and was captain of his high school baseball team. All his life he was a sports enthusiast and an avid Red Sox fan. He served with great pride during WWII while in the United Sates Navy. He retired from the toy business; was a former member of the West Dennis Yacht Club, the Falmouth Curling Club, and a communicant of Our Lady of the Assumption Church in Osterville. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Wianno Ave., Osterville on Thurs. June 5 at 10am. Visiting hours in the John-Lawrence Funeral Home, 3778 Falmouth Rd. (Rt 28), MARSTONS MILLS Wed 4-8pm. Interment in Massachusetts National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Mr. Bouche,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
