To Annes children, I am sorry that I have never had the chance to meet you. I moved to California over 40 years ago and have been back just a few times. The last time I saw your mom was when I was back there for my mothers funeral in 1967.I remember your mom with fpndest memories. I have been in touch with your Aunt Kathy.I saw her when she came to visit with her dad.(My brother Richard). You will be in my prayers.
Bless You All

With the news of Anne's passing comes great sadness, and a reminder of how truly precious life is. To Anne's children, I have warm childhood memories of your mom and how kind she always was; I’m sorry for your loss. I’m also sorry for the loss to my cousins—Kenny, Linda, Judy, Kathy and Trish. I’m sure your sister will be deeply missed.

to all of you so loved and treasured by Anne, my deepest sympathy.
I regret that being in Rome prevents me from being with you during these days.
In thinking back on many conversations with Anne over the years, they were always, no matter how miserable she might be feeling, punctuated with her quick wit and ready laughter.
Because I truly believe the words of Helen Keller, "what we have once loved, we can never lose... all that we love deeply becomes a part of us." , I am sure Anne's presence will be felt in the days and years ahead whenever there is a celebration or gathering of those she so deeply loved.
But, as Alaric Tennille expressed so well:
"no time on earth is long enough to share with those we love or to prepare our heart for that final good-bye." leaving all of us with a profound sense of loss but with a deep gratitude for the time she shared with us.
