To my dear friend Maureen,
Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Nana was like a saint to all that knew her. She touched so many lives and represented the good in today's crazy world. You and your family were so lucky to have such a beautiful woman in your lives for so many years. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

To Alice's family,
I fondly remember Alice when I was working years ago in my first job at the Normandy House when Alice would come in and visit her mother. I always looked forward to seeing her and the rest of your loving family as you gathered around for a visit. She was such a pleasant woman and I have thought of her often. Please accept my sympathy to all of you at this difficult time.
