Freshman year in college, June used to pick me up. Some days I'd have to skip because I was facing what June's children have been dealing with. By all reports from Cookie and Betty her family have been incredible. I was so fortunate to have visited with her last September when I was there. We had breakfast with Betty and laughed about grandchildren. How she loved them! She was such a sweet sweet person. My condolences to you all.

My condolence to June's dear family and friends. I only met June once, through our mutual friend, Michele, and I know how long a struggle these last years have been for all of you. Having spent my own Mother's final year of life with her, I also know what an incredible blessing you have been given to spend those many precious lasting moments, even those with pain. God bless all of you.

Dear friends and family of June. Although I have not seen her since high school graduation, I shall always carry her memory as that of a happy, wholesome young woman. June loved sports. I am told that she was courageous during her battle with cancer. May our memories of her good years give us some comfort.
