Frances Van Alstine Obituary

Of Lexington, June 20, 2008. Wife of the Late Alvan R. Van Alstine. Mother of Geraldine A. Orloff and her husband Wayne of Tewksbury, Jacqueline Ryan and her husband Frank of Woburn, Sandra Mirakian and her husband James of Nashua, NH, and Roberta Uccello and her husband John of Westford. Grandmother of Nicole Ianillo, Laura Ryan, James Ryan, Renee Ryan, Sara Mirakian, Michael Mirakian, Kendra Uccello, and Taylor Uccello. Frances is also survived by 2 stepgrandchildren, Katie Orloff and Laura Orloff, and 2 great grandchildren. Frances is predeceased by 3 brothers and 8 sisters. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 25 at St. Brigid Church, 2001 Mass Ave., Lexington at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Tuesday, 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. Interment Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
