I was a student at Hawthorne Brook, and also, a cashier at Victory, for many years. I always enjoyed running in to George and talking to him. He was one of the kindest spirited, funny, hardest working people I've known. I was sorry to hear of his passing when I visited home last week. My deepest sympathies to the Spinney family.

Grammy,
Grampy is in a better place now with all the other people that we had to say goodbye to in previous years. They are all watching down on us. Grampy lived a successful life and won the battle. I love you.

RIP Grampy, I love and miss you.

Ginny,

I have many memories of Georgie of my years in Townsend and Galdys watching us while Mrs Whaley and my mom worked . Then of the 2 of you , as you had baby # 1 when living with Gladys . Gladys was like a 2nd mom to both of us .
Thinking of you in your time of sorrow.

Ginny:

I was so sorry to hear about your husband. Met him many times when you and I and Jane S. would get together way back when.

My condolences to you and the boys.

Dear Ginny and family,
My deepest regrets to you all. George to me was always such a wonderful, giving person. I will never forget how he just stepped in and helped with the donuts for the shop for my father. My deepest sympathy to you and yours.

I worked with George at Hawthorne Brook several years ago. George was such a great person to both the staff and to the children. I can remember when after lunch the kids would come back to the cafeteria almost in tears because they had thrown their retainers away by mistake. George would always put a smile back on their faces. He was such a great person and I am sad to hear of his passing. His family are in my thoughts and prayers.
