To Tom's Family,
I'm a second cousin on Marie's side, and grew up with Tom in Fitchburg, FHS '47. We had a lot of fun together as kids. I'm sorry for your loss and send sincere condolences. Bob Wihtelin

Cathy & Nancy, I just saw your Dad's Obituary notice online. Please accept my deepest sympathies. Just last week I was relating one of my fondest memories of a famous Phalen Family trip to the Bahamas. Too much sun, deep sea fishing, sneaking into the Welcome party...You are both in my thoughts and prayers. May your memories carry you through this difficult time.

Dear Kathy and Nancy,
I am so sorry. Uncle Tom was a treasure. He always had a smile on his face, and a trick in his pocket. I will never forget going to your house down the cape and in Winchester putting pennies on the rail road track. Such wonderful childhood memories. You know our parents are together in heaven having a big party.
