Jean and family:
Very sorry to hear about your loss. Ralph was truly a breath of fresh air. Years after I left the bank I'd call the main number just hear his joke of the day. He will be missed...

Dear Jean, Jane and family,
However one felt, Ralph could instantly bouy them by his answer to "How are you today, Ralph?" "Much better now that you've called!" It worked every time. Dedham Savings will not be the same without his voice cheering customers and employees on a regular basis. May your memories bring you peace for his life well lived.
