I have just learned of Carol's most
untimely passing from a mutual
friend and professional associate.
I first met Carole early in my career
and had the opportunity to serve
on a professional committee with
her. She was a most talented
individual and will be missed. My
sincerest sympathy and prayers to her family.

Dear Yoke,
Please accept my deepest sympathy to you and the Kodis family.
I was so very saddened to just learn of Carol's illness and passing. As you know, I hired Carol right out of college in the early 70's and so enjoyed working with her and seeing her move on to great success as a designer with her own Design Firm. Those were great exciting times. Although I've been retired and away from the business for almost 3 years now, I will always remember her warmth and cheery smile at professional functions we attended and the fun conversations about the old days.
You and Carol made such a lovely happy couple, may those happy memories comfort you in the days ahead.
Again, my most sincere sympathy.

I have been a dancing friend of Carol's for a quite a while now. I could always find her because she always had such a warm smile. We had some great conversations about her work, and she was a great dancer as well. I feel absolutely terrible that I won't see her again, and my thoughts are with her.

My prayers are with Carol's family and everyone who knew and loved her. Carol's passion and brilliance brought my dreams to life when she lovingly designed my yoga and Pilates studio 2-1/2 years ago. The space stands as a testament to her talent and vision, and her warm spirit imbues its walls everyday. We are dedicating all of our classes to her this week in loving memory and in thanks.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of this wonderful and spirited woman. Carol was one of the 1st designers I related to, when I started in the Boston furniture industry years ago. My heart goes out to all that survive her; particularly her husband, Yoke, whom I consider a friend!

I was shocked to learn about Carol's passing. She was my first boss and mentor at Ganteaume and McMullan in the early 80's, and I very much respected her for all she did for the industry. It is a sad loss for all of us.
My deepest sympathy to her family.

My sincerest condolences are extended to Yoke and the rest of Carol's family. I knew Carol since the mid-70's when we were all young and establishing our design careers. She was an inspiration to all of us, not only as a talented designer but for her commitment and steadfast work which spanned over 25 years, to establish licensing for us all. Although I have moved from Boston to Pittsburgh, I will always remember Carol for the wonderful person and good friend that she was.

I am so saddened by Carol's passing. I want to send my profound sympathy to Yoke, and to her wonderful family. Many of us dancers met Yoke and Carol at Swing City. I know that Carol loved dancing, and loved the friends she met there. I will always remember her as a warm and wonderful person. I loved sharing with her, our love of movies, and will miss her very much. I feel honored that she was a part of my life.

I am so sorry to hear Carol is no longer with us; she was my first Mentor as a young aspiring Interior Designer. I lived right down the street from her office when she was in Brookline Village. I have great memories of my experience working at Kodis Associates. I learned so much from Carol in those 2 short years designing and drafting [-before she gave in to AutoCAD...] Ten years later I still think of her often, and will continue to do so.
My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

Thanks Carol!
