Sharry has kept us informed. I'm sure she told you that Dick & I were at a Chinese Church Conference in Maryland. We just arrived home tonight (Friday). How I would have loved to see you all and give you our love in person.

May the God of all comfort be your portion.

Love,

Eleanor and Dick

I have just returned from PEI ...two weeks spent with Mary and Roy. Their hearts and prayers go out to you and yours especially today. When we heard the news sweet memories of Forestine and your family flooded our conversation. God will bless you with those sweet memories all the days of your lives.
God Bless you all...

Claude, you and Forestine were friends I sought every Sunday for the past three years.

I admired your love for each
other and God. The kindness, love and constancy you showed your beloved and beautiful bride encouraged me to keep on and endure the sacrifices in the care of my own mother.

I am so glad Forestine was so nurtured and loved, it was a lesson to us that the fruits of all of life are in the biblical command you both lived out. "Love God,
love one another,
for this is the whole duty of man."

Thanks to you both for the courage you lived was a strength to my life. You continue to be in my prayers.

Thinking of you and your family at this special time. It was wonderful to visit with Forrestine last year when she was well. I shall remember her that way.

Forestine Cole was a long-time member (almost fifty years) of The Women's Council of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. We thank God for her dedication to the Lord's work at Gordon-Conwell as well as Grace Chapel.
