Mary E. Sullivan

Of Everett, July 10, 2008, at 89 years. Beloved daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Trant) Sullivan. Loving sister of Elizabeth Sullivan of Lowell and the late Joseph Sullivan. Devoted aunt and loving "mother" to Mark and Donna Sullivan of Middleton, and Atty Duane and Ann Sullivan of Quincy. Cherished great aunt of Lauren, Michelle, Therese, Alana, and Patrick Sullivan. Loving aunt of Christopher, Edward, Barbara, Mary Pat Sullivan, and Ann Donovan. A funeral will be held from the J.F. Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Monday, July 14th, at 9 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett, at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 PM. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Mary was a graduate of Girl's Catholic High School, Malden and later graduated from Burdett School of Business. She volunteered as a coastal airspace monitor for the Strategic Air Command during WWII. She was the former owner of a scientific instrument sales business and later retired as an executive secretary for Purity Supreme.
