Elizabeth Nowell Obituary

In St. Petersburg, Florida of Needham on July 12, 2008. Beloved wife of 53 years to David Rae Nowell. Loving mother of Judith Nowell Crum of Largo, FL, and sister of Richard A. Sample of Watertown, NY. Betty is also survived by her grandchildren; David, Abagail and Jeffory, her two step grandchildren, Tabetha, Debbie, and her three great grandchildren, Cecilia, Antonio and Emily. Aunt of Jeannie, Scotty and Becky. Funeral services at the Presbyterian Church of Needham, 1458 Great Plain Ave., Monday, July 21st at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Visiting hours at the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave., Needham on Sunday from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River on Monday at 12:00 Noon. Former Deacon at the Presbyterian Church in Needham. Past President of the Women's Republican Committee and volunteer at the Needham Senior Center. Betty loved her dogs, memorials in her memory may be made to Buddy Dog Humane Society, 151 Boston Post Rd., Sudbury, MA 01776 and the Stanley Tippett House, 920 South St., Needham, MA 02492. David,
