I was truly saddened to hear of your loss. Arthur and I met unloading pool chemicals and DE on Summer St., Boston before I was in high school. That day, and whenever we met, there was always a smile and a laugh ...... and conversation I enjoyed and respected. I will miss him for sure. All my sympathy to John, David, Paul, Chuck and family.

Dear Rose - It is with great sorrow that I read of the passing of Arthur tonight in the newspaper. He was a sharp businessman who knew what he wanted and got it done his way. I was privledged to handle some business and family travel for 20 years. It's been 9 years since then and I still think of you and your family with great fondness. My deepest condolences to you all - Rose and Cathy, John & David. May God bless you with the strength to endure the days ahead.
Kindest regards - Denise

To Arthur and his family,
Though I only knew Arthur for a short time, he showed me how I want to live my life to the fullest and to strive for the best in life. I will miss giving him his morning tea and chips and seeing that smile when he walked into work. I am honored to have met him. May Arthur's Legacy live on and my heart goes out to his family and friends.

Dear, Dear Rose and Children,

Arthur was my father's great friend. He remained his friend through thick and thin, even through an illness which robbed my father of his very essence. He, and Rose as well, really put themselves out to give solace to our family, even after my Dad's death. I could never thank him enough for that. I feel personally devastated at Arthur's passing...more so because I was unaware of any medical problems. Though I'd been out of touch with Arthur for many months, I clearly remember our last conversation. He was asking about my mother and was considering a visit to cheer her up with her own progressing medical problems. Imagine! He always thought of others first.

May God in Heaven grant Arthur first place at His side. He deserves it. A finer gentleman and friend there never was. Rose, my heart goes out to you in your loss.
