Words cannot describe, emotions cannot possibly signify how much I miss my friend. I still walk with his spirit when I swim in Menauhant. Every time I pick up lacrosse stick. Each and every time I have good laughter and joy in my heart, I think of my best friend. A Loved one may leave eternally, his spirit lasts forever...
God Bless you, Ed Rosemary and Derek. Love you very much

Dear Ed and Rosemary, In searching for you and Stan, I was saddened to read this event of last year. We know how terrible this must have been for your family. On a positive note, Linda and I are pleased to see you both raised a strong family, and during the course of that, must have had many wonderful times and celebrations together. God bless. Dear Chase Family,
I found your son's obituary while looking up my dad's. He was Edward Fuller Chase and he passed away on Easter 2009, at age 69. I couldn't leave without offering my condolences. It seems my father was not the only handsome, kind, well loved Eddie Chase in Massachusetts. I hope that over the past year you have been able to heal a bit; I can't imagine how difficult this year must have been.

Many of my fondest childhood memories include Eddie. He was my first and best friend on the Cape and our friendship grew through the summers. Later we would meet on the lacrosse fields, both as camp teammates and prep school opponents. I will always remember Eddie as a caring, generous, and trusted friend. Most of all, I will remember his charisma and humor. Eddie always had me in stitches. I will cherish those memories forever.

Ed, by everyone's thoughts on this page its obvious how well liked you were by those you came in contact with and how great of an individual you truly were. You certaintly helped to make my three years at Fessenden as enjoyable as they were as well as the many good times we spent together on the cape. You were a close friend of mine and will forever be missed.

You will be missed Ed. I enjoyed the time we had together at Fessenden. I had the pleasure of touring you around Fessenden for a visit, and from the first moment I knew we would become friends. We are so very sorry to learn of this unspeakable loss of Ed at such a young age. Ed was a friend of our son, Greg, at Nobles, and we recall him being upset when Ed no longer attended there. Greg was killed in a car accident 5 years ago when he was 19, and unfortunately we are all too familiar with deep grief. We hope that your memories and knowledge of Ed's spirituality will provide you with some measure of comfort.

Ed- you had this incredible way of making people smile. I am at a loss for words in your absence only wishing that we could have had another opportunity to sit around the couches by the library and playfully harass anyone and everyone walking by! We are all so fortunate to have gained such a wonderful friend.
