Mary Pantano

92, formerly of Providence, RI, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2008 at Steere House in Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Costantino Pantano. Born in Italy, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Vincenza (Dirisi) Ricciardi. Mary was the devoted mother of Richard M. Pantano of Plymouth, MA and Marco Island, FL, Dr. Ronald J. Pantano of Paxton, MA and Mario D. Pantano of Cranston, RI; loving grandmother of 10; loving great-grandmother of 9; and dear sister of Marguerite Mambro of Cranston, RI and the late Helen Palumbo and Joseph Ricciardi. Her funeral will be held Thursday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, RI, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Pius Church, Eaton St., Providence at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket, RI.
