John Powell Obituary

A longtime Dover resident died peacefully July 15, 2008 at home. Born May 21, 1925, he was past president of C.H. Powell Co. Married to Jean (McKearney) for 57 years. In addition to his wife, he leaves 2 sons & a daughter, 4 grandchildren, his brothers, Paul of Westwood & Peter of Wellesley, plus several nieces & nephews. He was an avid gardener. Services will be held. Arrangements by John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, NATICK.

Our sympathies to the entire Powell family as you celebrate 'Mr Powell's' life. My siblings and I grew up with the Powell family in Dover. I was always fascinated by his live Peacock and Deer! And that big leather recliner he sat in while reading the paper.
