Patricia Puma Obituary

69, of 71 Old Rail Road, Lake Shore Park, Gilford, N.H and formerly a longtime resident of Wilmington, Mass., died suddenly on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia. She was born July 9, 1939 in Medford, Mass., the daughter of Pasquale and Viola (Iona) Bruno. She graduated from Winchester High School in 1957 and was a member of the Reunion Committee. She was a secretary at Sylvania for many years and was also employed at Lab For Electronics. Mrs. Puma is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Vincent Puma, of Gilford; a daughter, Darlene McLaughlin, of Londonderry; four grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph, Jessica and Kalina; a sister, Sandra Lee Murphy, of Wilmington; three nieces, Donna, Nancy and a special niece, Linda, and three grandnephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2008 from 3:00PM-7:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2008 at 11:30AM also at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H. is in charge of the arrangements. Vinny & Darlene - I was so saddened to hear of Pat's passing. I have such wonderfully fond memories of your family up at Lake Shore Park. Pat's laugh was contageous and brightened every day. I remember the games of Pinnochale at Baby Beach, all the times you invited me out on your boat, the nightly games of bocci and who can forget the card games sitting around someone's table with so much friendship and laughter! Whenever I think of you all, I know I have been blessed with a wonderful childhood full of the fondest memories. Pat will be missed by all that loved her and who's lives were enriched by simply knowing her. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless

Vinny and Darlene,
