Robert Hosang Obituary

Of Weymouth, passed away at the South Shore Hospital on Wed. July 16, 2008 at age 59. He was born in Quincy where he lived most of his life. The beloved son of the late Bernard 0. and Patricia A. (Hawco) Hosang, he is lovingly survived by his sister Marie H. Doland of Hingham, his brother John Hosang and his wife Judi of Round Rock, TX, his niece Sarah Hosang and nephews Jake and Andrew Hosang. Robert's funeral will be from the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm St. (off Hancock St.) QUINCY CENTER on Tues., July 22 at 9:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, Quincy Point atlO:OO AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are on Mon. from 5-8 PM. Burial is in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. For directions and online guest book, please visit dennissweeneyfuneralhome.com

In the late 1980's and early 1990's Robert and I taught each other about pc computers and networks. We had many discussions about radio, movies, religion, vitamins, cars, aerospace and many other subjects. I just found out about his passing about nine months late.
He will be missed.
