Of Hamilton, age 85 years, husband of Anne G. (Slattery) Marks, died Friday morning, July 18, 2008. Father of Robert W. Marks, Jr. and his wife Donna of Newburyport; Christine Lawson and her husband Richard of Danvers; Cathleen Vitale of Danvers; Ginny Marks of Salem; Maryanne Hurtado and her husband Juan of Plantation, FL and the late Stephen Marks. Brother of Grace Hursty and Dora Spiridigliozzi both of Hamilton. Grandfather of Wendy Helton and her husband Chris, Kevin Marks and his wife Amy, William Marks, Michael Vitale, Bryan Vitale, Kate Warden and her fianc David Rolfing, Sebastian Hurtado, Anne Hurtado, and great grandfather of Aislyn Warden and Paige Helton. Best friend of Leroy "Mike" Carter of Hamilton. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St. Paul on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
