Of Stoneham, formerly of Malden, July 17, 2008 at age 81. Beloved wife of William H. McCarthy with whom she shared 60 years of marriage. Loving daughter of the late Hugh Turner and Gertrude (Mirley) Turner. Devoted mother of Robert McCarthy and his companion Susan Fritz of NH, Joanne Downey of Haverhill and Paul McCarthy and his wife Tacheryn of N. Andover. Dear sister of Carol Rauseo and her husband Michael and the late Hugh Turner. Loving sister-in-law of Louise Turner of FL. Jean was also survived by her nephew Hugh Turner, Jr. of FL and nieces Lisa Le and Catherine Rauseo.
