Rev. G. Michael Scully

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at Holy Cross House in Notre Dame, Indiana. He was 79 years old. Father Scully was preceded in death by his parents, and by his sister, Joan Marie Foran. He is survived by his six nieces: Mary Foran of Oakland, CA; Lucy Foran of Harwich, MA; Ann Marie Pallotta of Baltimore, MD; Jane Furtado of Hilo, Hawaii; Joan Laurila of Attleboro, MA; and Virginia Foran-Cain of Leonardtown, MD. Father Scully is also survived by 11 grand nieces and nephews (one deceased), and his 4 great-grand nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his many friends, among them Mrs. Ruth Valentine, a devoted friend of 43 years. On Monday, July 21, 2008, a Wake Service will be held at 7:30 PM at the Chapel of Mary on the Stonehill College campus in North Easton, MA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Chapel of Mary at Stonehill College on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at 10:30 AM.
